1 1/2 lb ground beef 2 large potatoes sliced thin 1 large onion sliced thin 1 cup uncooked rice 1 no 2 can kidney beans or carrots salt & Pepper 1 can tomato soup 1 can water
Take half of the above and arrange in layers in the order named. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat the process using remainder of ingredients. Mix soup and water, pour over meat and vegetables. Bake covered, 350 for 2 hours. Remove cover the last 20 minutes.
