Let bread thaw just enough to cut into 7-8 pieces per loaf. Mix sugar and whipping cream (do not whip). Put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Add nuts if desired. Place rolls over mixture, let raise (approx. 2 1/2 hours). Bake in 350 oven for 25 - 3 0 minutes. Remove and let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert on plate and serve
