1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a baking sheet. In a glass bowl, combine peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook in the microwave for 6 to 7 minutes on high. The mixture should be bubbly and the peanuts browned, Stir in the butter and the vanilla and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Quickly stir in the soda just until the mixture is foamy. Pour onto the baking sheet. Let cool 15 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
