3 or 4 c. cooked and cut-up chicken
8 small tamales sliced (canned)
1 c. ripe olives sliced
1 3oz. package cream cheese cubed
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. hot chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for grated cheese.
Add one half of this mixture in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Add remaining half of mixture and top with the cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Add more chicken broth if too dry.

Aunt Lutie served this casserole with a tossed green salad and rolls. We ate this meal on her patio and under the grape arbor.
