CRUST:
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs.instant pudding (any flavor)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Directions:

CRUST:

Mix walnuts, flour and melted butter and press into 9x14 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 c. Cool Whip and layer on top of cooled crust.

2. Mix pudding, vanilla and milk and spread on top of cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
