1/2 cup crushed pineapple
2 small pkg (or 1 large) strawberry (or cherry) jello
1 cup hot, thick cranberry (or cranberry/orange) relish/sauce
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup finely cut celery
1 tsp grated orange rind
1 cup apples, diced
chopped walnuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add hot cranberries and orange rind. Chill till firm, fold in celery and apples (nuts). Chill until firm. Serve on crisp lettuce leaf and garnish with mayonnaise, if desired.
