8oz pkg cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c alted dry roasted peanuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla. Beat on medium speed until smooth about 2 minutes. Add peanuts, minus 1 tbsp.

Place on plastic wrap. Form ball and chill 1 hour or overnight.

Sprinkle with remaining peanuts when ready to serve. Serve with fruit.
