Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork or sausage
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.. salt
To cook Meatballs:
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
Sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp onion salt
A dash of allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the meatball ingredients together and make the meatballs. Brown the meatballs in butter. Pour hot water and bouillon cubes over the meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.
For the sauce, mix ingredients well and pour over meatballs. Warm until ready to bubble.
