4 Cups (1lb.) unsifted powdered sugar
1-1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Pkg. Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until blended. Remove from bowl and knead on board until smooth. Spread or pat into a 9 inch square pan. Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Cool until the chocolate is firm (approximately 30 minutes).
