5 EGGS
2 CUPS OF SUGAR
1 CUP OF OIL (PREFERRABLY MIZZOLA)
4 OUNCES OF BAKING CHOCOLATE (MELTED)
1 1/4 CUP OF FLOUR
1 TSP OF VANILLA
PINCH OF SALT

Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar 1/4 of a cup at a time. Beat well. Add sugar slowly. When well mixed, add chocolate and vanilla. Flour and grease a 15 x 10 pan. Put mixture in pan and bake in a 350 oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
