1/2 POUND BUTTER
2 CUPS SUGAR
5 EGGS (SEPARATED)
3 CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 CUP MILK
1/4 TSP MACE
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yorks one at a time. Mix Well. Sift together flour and baking powder, and add to mixture alternating with milk. Mix Well. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture.
Bake in large bunt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
