11 TBSPS. BUTTER
2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
2 EGGS (WELL BEATEN)
2 CUPS APPLESAUCE
2 CUPS RAISINS
2 CUPS NUTS
4 CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 TSP NUTMEG
PINCH OF SALT

Directions:
Flour raisins and nuts. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Add applesauce alternating with dry ingredients. Add floured raisins and nuts. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 minutes.
