1 C flour 1 C milk 1 stick butter 4 eggs Powdered sugar for sprinkling Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Melt one stick of butter in 9" by 13" pan in the oven Mix 1 cup flour with eggs and milk in a bowl, leaving some lumps Pour batter on top of melted butter Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until pancake looks done Sprinkle lemon and powdered sugar Put back in oven for 2 minutes Serve with more pd. sugar and lemon.
