1 Cup Margarine, softened
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Almond Extract
3 Cups Flour, approximately
1 Pkg. Mint Chocolate Chips
Nuts
1 Can Frosting, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs, almond extract, baking powder and enough flour to create dough, so dough comes away from the side of the bowl, adding it a little at a time. Add nuts and chips. Press into coookie sheet with sides. Bake at 375º for approximately 20 minutes. Cool. Frost if desired. Cut into bars.
