Ingredients:  
2 15 oz. cans sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter (softened)
1 - 6oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs. Drain sweet
potatoes & mash. Add to butter/eggs/sugar. Mix
well. Add evaporated. milk. Place in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 greased pan.

Topping:
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 stick butter.

Place pecans on top of casserole. Cover with
brown sugar. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes (until top is bubbly, & knife comes out clean)
