3 lb arm roast
1 large onion, sliced
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on
low 1 day. Then you can refrigerate and warm in
crock pot when ready to serve. We think that's
the best way. For sandwiches use the hard rolls,
they work best, pour some au jus on roll, then put
meat on.
