4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine ingredients with 1/2 can tomatoe sauce. Pile llightly into pepper halves and place in large baking dish. Pour remaining sauce on top of each pepper. Cover lightly and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until peppers are tender, bastiing occasionally.
