1 Cup Rice, uncooked
1 Tsp. Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
1 Tsp. Lime Zest
1 Can Chicken Broth
1-1/4 Cups Water
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, butter, garlic, lime zest, chicken broth and water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until tender. Add lime juice, sugar and cilantro and serve.
