1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Salt
2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 Cup Water

Directions:
Add desired amount of food coloring to the water in a saucepan. Then mix all other ingredients together. Add to the water, cook over a medium fire stirring until it gathers together and is very thick. Put on waxed paper, knead until smooth. Store in plastic bag. Makes enough for 4 or plenty for 2.
