2 RIBS OF DICED CELERY
1/2 DICED RED ONION
1/2 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES
1/2 CUP OF GOLDEN RAISINS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 T. LIME JUICE
1 T. RICE WINE VINEGAR
1 T. HONEY
1/2 TO 1 T. CURRY POWDER
2 TSP. SUGAR
PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER

IN A BOWL,COMBINE CHICKEN, CELERY ,RED ONION,
DRIED CRANBERRIES, RAISINS AND WALNUTS.
IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE MAYONNAISE, LIME JUICE, VINEGAR, HONEY, CURRY POWDER, SUGAR, CAYENNE PEPPER, AND SALT. COMBINE WITH CHICKEN MIXTURE AND MIX WELL .USE IN A WRAP WITH TORTILLAS OR SERVE AS A SALAD OVER MIXED GREENS.
