1 cup butter
2 3/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 cup sour cream
powdered sugar

In large bowl, add sugar to softened butter and cream until light. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together. Mix vanilla and lemon extracts into sour cream. Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Beat just until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake in a 350-degree oven about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn out onto plate. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
