3 med. bags shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cans artichoke hearts
1/4 c. jalapeņo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 bag shredded Roman & Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts really well and chop. Combine all ingredients (be sure to use mayonnaise and not Miracle Whip). Mixture should be a creamy texture. May need a little more mayonnaise. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until a nice golden brown. Serve with Wheat Thins or Trisket crackers.
