3 boneless skinless chicken breasts,cooked and shredded.
1-48 oz. jar Great Northern white beans
2 tsp. cumin
1-12 to 16 oz. jar mild salsa
8 oz Monerey Jack cheese with jalapeno pepper, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan and simmer for 1 hour. Optional: Add 1 to 2 cups chicken broth to thin down as needed.

Suggestion: When you boil your chicken you can add chicken bouillon or chicken broth. I used Mrs. Dash instead of salt to season chicken and also use the chicken broth I boiled the chicken in.
