1/2 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1-1/2 c. cooked rice
1-1/2 tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients for crust. Pat into a 10" pie pan, including the sides.

Combine filling ingredients. Spoon into meat shell and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
