1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 T. chopped green pepper
1 T. catsup
1-1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce, divided into 1/2 c. portions
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients using only 1/2 c. of tomato sauce (reserve for topping later) and place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour. Combine remaining tomato sauce with 1 tsp. mustard and 1 T. brown sugar. Spread over top of cooked meatloaf. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
