1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Gravy:
2 T. oil
1 T. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Remove from skillet. Add oil and flour for gravy, stirring until smooth. Add can of soup. Cook until thickened. Add meatballs; simmer for 20 minutes.
