1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. marshmellows
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello into boiling water. Add marshmellows, stirring to melt. Add cream cheese. Chill this mixture until thick. Fold in carrots, nuts, and Cool Whip. Chill.
