3 cups chopped unpared apples
3 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup raisins (opt)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients on low speed - 1 min. Beat
medium speed - 1 min. Pour into 2 greased loaf
pans (bottoms only). Note: You can use any size
loaf pans, I usually use 2 reg. size and 2 sm size
aluminum loaf pans.
Bake at 325 - 1 hour (For small pans cut time to
35-40 min.)
