16 c popped popcorn
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c light (white) syrup
2 sticks margarine
1/2 tsp cream tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well except soda and popcorn in a lg. heavy saucepan. Dissolve over low heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, pour over popcorn in a large bowl. Spread onto several large baking sheets or in a boaster.
Put into a 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to coat the corn evenly.
