3 or 4 Porkchops 2 inch thick, 2 garlic cloves chopped small pieces, 2 small onions chopped fine, 1 parsley, 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, rosemary seasoning, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar. 1/2 cup of italian dressing. 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of plum sauce. 1 large sweet potatoes slice into thin slices. 1 large baking dish, 1/2 teaspoon canola oil, 1/2 cup corn bread stuffing mix. large mix bowl. 8 toothpicks.

Let porkchops sit in italian dressing over nite. Take all ingredients except sweet potatoes, parsley, plum sause mix together. Place pork chops into baking dish, stuff the porkchops with the stuffing, then insert each pork chop with the sweet potatoe.
pour a half a cup of water, insert tooth picks, place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 1 hour or done. Pour over plum sauce let cool, garnish with parsley
