1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup French Vanilla flavored non-dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cup instant tea (plain, unsweetened)
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. In small batches, whir in blender until you have a fine powder. Remix the smaller batches.

Mix 2 heaping tablespoons with a cup of hot water (adjust to your own taste) and enjoy!

I've made this in big batches for Christmas gifts and kept some for myself. It's a little sweet for me, so I add half as much to a cup of brewed tea.
