1 c brown sugar
½ c butter
1 c oats
1 c chopped nuts or coconut

Filling:

About 8 c fruit
1 to 1 ½ c sugar
Depending on fruit, ¼ - 1/3 c tapioca
3 TSPB corn starch
Nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla to season

preheat oven to 375º

coat a 9X13 pan with Pam or other spray

mix topping ingredients (I use a food processor)

mix fruit ingredients and spread in pan, cover with topping, and bake for approximately 1 hour
