1 can Campbell's condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (95% Fat Free)
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, pepper and vegetables in an 11x8" (2 qt) shallow baking dish.
Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
