1 Beef Tenderloin, Cleaned and Trimmed
1 jar Mango Chutney
1 small bottle French Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Chutney and French Dressing. Put tenderloin in large plastic bag and pour marinade over tenderloin and mix well. Marinate for at least 2-3 days, turning the bag frequently.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for at least 30 minutes depending on the weight of the tenderloin.For a 2-3 lb. tenderloin, roast for 30-40 minutes, 4-5 lbs., roast for at least 60 mintues.

Let tenderloin rest at least 20 minutes before slicing.

Also, great on the grill but make sure it doesn't burn.
