3 c. flour
21/2 c. milk
3 eggs beaten separately
41/2 tbsp. sugar
41/2 tsp. baking powder
11/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl.
Beat yolks well and add milk and beat, adding this to the flour, slowly beating until perfectly smooth. Then add melted butter and fold in whites.
