Mix all liquid ingredients together. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in baking dish. Pour 1/2 of sauce over pork chops and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn chops over and pour rest of sauce over them and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
