First Layer
3 packages frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain
4 T. finely chopped onion
2-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Second Layer
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large cans whole tomatoes, drained and sliced
2 slices onion
2 small cans mushrooms, drained

2 loaves bread, no crust
10 eggs
6 c. milk
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put together first two layers, then refrigerate over night. Slice bread and lay on top of 2nd layers. Mix eggs, milk and spices and pour over bread. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 325º uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
