4 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can pecan caramel frosting (kind for German chocolate cake)
1 package milk chocolate chips; melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Microwave Chocolate Squares and butter in bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate melts. Stir in sugar, blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. bake 8 minutes or just until dough is set. DO NOT over bake. Let stand 1 minute, remove from pan to wire rack. Top with dab of pecan nut frosting and drizzle with melted milk chocolate, or topping of your choice. Will have to make small thumb print in top of each warm cookie, first.
