1 - 6oz. pkg lemon gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. real lemon juice
1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
4 1/2 c. cold water
1 - 46 oz. can pineapple juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5 quart ice cream pail or other container. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 5-6 hours before serving time. When ready to serve, add 1 quart bottle ginger ale.
