Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs



1- 2 lb. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. ring macaroni
4 apples diced fine with peels on
1/2 pint whipped cream, with a little sugar (or 8 oz. package Cool Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lemon juice, sugar, and eggs. Then add to hot mixture crushed pineapple and juice. Cool. Add 1 pkg. ring macaroni, cooked and cooled, and apples.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Add whipped cream or cool whip just before serving.
