1- 9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1- 3 oz. package cherry gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 small orange (leave peel on, remove seeds) ground

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, save syrup. Add enough water to pineapple syrup to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add pineapple syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partially set.

Add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Pour into 5 cup ring mold. Chill overnight, unmold.
