1 lb. can creamed corn
1 lb. can whole kernel corn
2 eggs (beaten) - may use egg beaters
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sour cream (may use plain yogurt)
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:

Mix together in large bowl and pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 min.
