3 heads broccoli, cut up
2 cans water chestnuts
2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
1 head cauliflower, divided
6 stalk celery, cut up
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Red onions, thinly sliced
Wishbone Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate broccoli, water chestnuts, mushrooms, cauliflower, celery in Italian dressing for 24 hours. Add cherry tomatoes and red onion, just before serving. Can be made a few days ahead.
