1 bunch broccoli (fresh) 1/2 lb. bacon (cooked and crumbled) 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. raisins 4 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. sugar 4 tsp. milk
Wash and break broccoli in small pieces. Add bacon, raisins, and minced onion. Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over salad. Let set for 2 hrs. in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add sunflower seeds and mix.
