2 lbs. round steak
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. butter
1 c. diced onion
2 beef-flavored bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1 (8oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 pt. (or 1 c.) sour cream
Cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Pound flour into beef, also salt and pepper. Dice in small cubes and brown in 1 c. butter. Add onion and brown in meat. Dissolve beef-flavored bouillon cubes in boiling water, Worcestershire sauce, and kitchen bouquet. Add to meat and simmer until done. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
