2 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1/2 cup bacon diced with drippings
Onion, chopped (optional)
Green pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 1/2 cups water, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a sauce pan; heat to boiling. Mix corn starch and remaining 1/2 cup water and stir in to boiling mixture. Boil until thick.
