2 pkgs lemon jello (3 oz.)
1 # 2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
4-5 bananas, sliced


1 c, pineapple juice (use pineapple juice plus water to make 1 cup)
1 c. sugar
2 T flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten well
1 T Knox Gelatin
1 c. cram
1 c grated colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello according to pkg directions and mix in pineapple (drained) and banana's (sliced). Refrigerate.

In saucepan mix pineapple juice, sugar, salt, and eggs and cook stirring constantly until thickened.
In 1/4 c cold water dissolve knox gelatin. Add to thicken pineapple mixture. Let cool. Whip cream, add to pineapple mixture. Fold in cheese.
Pour over the jello mixture and let set.
