1-1/4 C Monterrey Jack cheese shredded
3/4 C cheddsr cheese shredded
1 9" deep dish pie crust
1 4oz can diced green chilies
1 C half & half or whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cheeses. Spread 1/2 of the cheese on the bottom of an unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle chilies over the cheese. In a bowl mix milk,eggs,salt. Pour over the cheese/chilies. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 325º for 40-50 minutes
