1 1/2 c plus 3 T unsifted flour
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
3/4 c cold marg or butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 t baking pwdr.
1/2 c Real Lemon Juice from concentrate
Additional confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 c flour and confectioner's sugar. cut into marg until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking pwdr, lemon juice and remaing 3 T flour. Mix well.

Pour over baked crust, bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars, Sprinkle with additional confectioner's sugar. Store in refrigerator, cover. Serve at room temperature.
