2 1/2 oz sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 3/4 c sugar
2/3 c margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 c sifted flour
1 1/4 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 c ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla till fluffy about 5 minutes. Blend in cooled chocolate.

Sift together flour, soda, salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with ice water, beating well after each addition.

Bake in 2 9" pans about 35 minutes at 350.
